Normandy is one of the older parts of North County and it still has the housing to show for it — brick and stone, deep porches, bay windows, and trim details that stopped being built long before the post-war subdivisions went up around it.

That detail is the whole opportunity. We outline the porch, the bay and the roofline in one warm colour and stop there, because on a house with real architecture restraint reads as confidence. Clips only, weight carried on the gutter edge, nothing punched into original wood.
