Two housing stocks, one street

Creve Coeur has been rebuilding itself one lot at a time for years, which is why a single block can hold a 1960s ranch with sixty feet of low, level eave and a new two-story with three separate peaks. Those are opposite jobs. The ranch wants one uninterrupted run of warm white so the line reads clean from the street. The new build wants each gable traced individually so the shape of the house comes forward instead of turning into a bright smear.

We measure both the same way — string a tape along every run before quoting, not after. It is the only way to promise a firm number and then actually hang what we said we would.

Install runs October through December, we fix anything that quits without being asked twice, takedown happens in January, and the lights come back to our shelves instead of your attic.
