Brentwood is small enough that we can cover most of it in a day, and mixed enough that a morning of bungalow rooflines can turn into an afternoon of storefront parapets on Manchester. The houses are mostly modest and close together — bungalows, capes, and a fair amount of newer infill on the same streets.

Small houses, done properly

• Bungalow rooflines — short runs, which makes precision cheap and sloppiness obvious
• Porch posts and rails wrapped or garlanded
• Window wreaths with bows, which do a lot of work on a small front elevation
• Front tree wraps on the tight lots where there is no room for much else
• Storefronts along the commercial strip, installed before opening

Commercial work on the strip

Retail frontage here is close to the street and heavily driven past, so a lit parapet earns its money in December. We install commercial jobs early in the season, run them on timers, and schedule the work outside your trading hours so nothing blocks a door.
